WOW Sourcing

Can’t find it in the catalogue? WOW Sourcing finds it for you.

When a product isn’t on the 13 product lines, WOW Sourcing takes it on as a project — factory shortlist, sample approval, quote negotiation, production follow-up, photo QC and shipping. One thread from request to delivery.

The Process

From a one-line brief to a packed carton.

Sourcing work isn’t magic — it’s a sequence of small, accountable steps. Here’s what happens between the first message and the truck leaving the yard.

01

Brief

A short description, a reference image or a spec sheet. Same form for every category — the clearer the brief, the shorter the timeline.

02

Factory shortlist

Two or three factories matched on capability, MOQ and price. Names, locations and capability notes shared before any quote goes out.

03

Samples & quote

Sample fees and freight quoted up front. Once the sample is signed off, the production quote is locked in writing.

04

Produce, QC, ship

Pre-shipment inspection with photos, packing and labelling coordinated, freight booked — all through the same thread.

To You
When It Fits

When WOW Sourcing makes sense.

Not every order needs a sourcing project. The 13 product lines already cover the common cases — WOW Sourcing is for the rest.

Outside the 13 product lines

Something specific to the brief — a custom material, a niche item, a private-spec product that isn’t on the catalogue.

Below the catalogue MOQ

The catalogue assumes a workable MOQ. WOW Sourcing negotiates lower floors for true small batches where the project still makes sense.

A factory that can’t be found directly

Either the category is opaque from the outside or the supplier list is hard to vet. WOW Sourcing brings an existing factory network into the project.

Labels, packing and QC in one scope

Every batch goes through a pre-shipment check with photos, and packing and labelling are coordinated end to end. Specs and sign-off captured in writing.

Boundaries

What WOW Sourcing won’t do.

A sourcing service that overpromises ends up costing the buyer more than it saves. These items are deliberately out of scope.

No credit terms

Every project runs on the same 30% deposit / 70% before shipment terms as the catalogue. No exceptions — this protects both sides.

No bulk-only factories

If the only factories that can make the product demand 10,000+ unit MOQs, the brief comes back with that note.

No broker chains

WOW works directly with factories — one tier, transparent pricing. Multiple middlemen add cost without adding accountability.

No unverified claims

If a factory can’t prove capability with samples, references or third-party audits, it doesn’t make the shortlist.
