It depends on the product and process. Most categories — stickers, magnets, keychains, pins and drinkware — start around 50–100 pieces, and apparel from 50 per design. Marble & stone and event & wedding decor are quoted per project with no MOQ. Tell us what you want to make and we'll quote your exact MOQ — no minimums hidden in fine print.
Can I get a sample before placing a full order?+
Yes — we actually recommend it. We make a sample first so you can approve the quality and print, then start bulk production. The sample cost is credited back to you when you place the bulk order.
How long does production and delivery take?+
Samples usually take 5–10 working days. After you approve, bulk production takes around 10–16 days, then 5–10 days by air express (DHL / FedEx / UPS), 12–16 days by Matson express or 30–40 days by sea. US Fast Lane items ship from our U.S. facilities in 48 hours with 2–5 day tracked delivery. We confirm exact timelines in your quote and keep you updated at every milestone.
How do I know the quality will be good?+
Three safeguards: you approve a sample first, we send photo/video reports during production, and every order passes a pre-shipment QC check before it leaves. If anything doesn't match the approved sample, we remake it — on us.
What file formats can I upload for my artwork?+
AI, PDF, SVG, PNG or PSD at 300dpi work best. No print-ready file yet? Send a rough sketch, a photo, or even a link to the idea — our design team will help you turn it into production files at no extra charge.
How do payments work? Is it safe?+
Simple and protected: 30% deposit to start production, then the balance before shipment — paid by bank transfer (T/T), PayPal or credit card. Every order comes with a formal quotation and a production contract, so there are no surprises.
Do you offer credit terms (net 30/60)?+
No — staged payment (30/70) is how we keep prices low and production honest. Every order is invoice-backed with QC photo confirmation before the balance is due.
Do prices include shipping?+
Quotes are itemised. China-produced lines are quoted FOB plus shipping options (sea, Matson express or air) based on weight, volume and your deadline. US Fast Lane pricing includes U.S. domestic delivery.
Can I reorder with the same design later?+
Yes — we keep all your production files and moulds on record. Reordering is literally one message; repeat orders skip tooling fees and start straight at unit price.
